It’s a good T-shirt, but sometimes I find the fabric as too heavy, it’s not breathable, so if you do running or high intensity sports, I wouldn’t recommend it. Unless you’re at the gym with ac, you’ll be fine.

Nice qaulity tshirt however i wouldnt wear it to the gym to workout its more of a rest day t shirt for me as it is not very breathable or sweat absorbing
