AYBL MENS Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, you're agreeing to everything set out below. If any part of these terms doesn't sit right with you, please don't enter.

1. WHO'S RUNNING THIS

1.1. This giveaway is run by RK Brands Ltd, trading as AYBL, registered at Unit 2, Velocity Way, Redditch, England, B98 7FX ("AYBL", "we", "us").

1.2. Entry is completely free — you don't need to buy anything, and nothing you purchase from us improves your chances.

1.3. We'll only count one entry per person. If we spot duplicate entries from the same individual, all but one will be removed.

1.4. Instagram has no involvement in this giveaway — it isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram in any way. By entering, you agree that Instagram carries no responsibility or liability for anything arising from the giveaway.

2. HOW TO TAKE PART

2.1. To be entered, you'll need to: (1) Like the giveaway post, (2) Follow @ayblmen on Instagram, and (3) Comment tagging your gym bro. Entries are open from 19:00 BST on 26.07.2026 to 19:00 BST on 27.07.2026.

2.2. We can't accept entries that arrive late, go missing, get delayed, are sent to the wrong place, are incomplete, or that we can't process for any technical reason.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

3.1. You must be 18 or older to enter.

3.2. If you win, we may ask you to prove your age before handing over the prize.

3.3. AYBL staff, their close family, and anyone else connected to running this giveaway aren't eligible to enter.

3.4. You need to live somewhere we can actually deliver to — if you're outside our delivery countries, you won't be eligible to win. Check where we ship here.

3.5. By entering, you're confirming that: (i) anything you post as part of your entry is your own original content and doesn't rip off anyone else's rights, and (ii) it isn't likely to upset, offend or distress other people, in our reasonable view.

3.6. Entering also confirms you meet all the eligibility rules and are able to accept the prize if you win it.

We can decide, at our discretion, whether someone meets these eligibility rules, and we can remove an entry or disqualify someone if their behaviour goes against the spirit of the giveaway or breaks any of these terms.

4. THE PRIZE

4.1. There is one winner, who will receive a $500 AYBL gift card.

4.2. Please allow up to 90 days for your prize to arrive.

4.3. Before handing over the prize, we'll need to confirm the winner and check they're eligible. The winner must give us a full name, postal address and email address to claim their prize.

4.4. The prize can't be transferred, sold on, or swapped for cash, and belongs only to the person who won it.

4.5. If something outside our control means we can't provide the prize as described, we may swap it for something of equal or greater value.

5. HOW WE PICK THE WINNER

5.1. We'll randomly draw one winner (using an automated process) from everyone who entered correctly.

5.2. Any decisions we make about the giveaway are final — we won't enter into debate about them.

5.3. The winner will hear from us by direct message on social media shortly after entries close.

5.4. We'll do our best to reach the winner, but if they don't reply within 7 days of us messaging them, they'll lose the prize and we may pick another eligible entrant instead.

5.5. We're required to be able to show a valid winner was chosen. If someone emails [giveaways@aybl.com] within a month of the closing date asking for proof, we'll share the winner's surname and county with them.

5.6. If you'd rather we didn't share your surname or county this way, let us know at [giveaways@aybl.com] — though we may still be required to hand this information to a relevant authority if asked.

We can take back the prize if the winner has broken these terms, or if we find they've acted dishonestly or fraudulently.

6. SHARING YOUR CONTENT & YOUR DATA

6.1. If you post something as part of this giveaway, or tag or mention @ayblmen, we may reshare it — on the platform you posted it on, elsewhere on social media, or on our website. We'll get in touch with you first if we want to do this.

6.2. The winner may also be asked to take part in future publicity or events connected to AYBL.

6.3. We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, available here, along with what's set out here about announcing the winner and delivering the prize.

7. OUR LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, neither AYBL nor our partners, agents or staff are responsible for loss, damage, injury or worse arising from entering this giveaway or accepting the prize — except where that's down to our own negligence. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

8.2. Both you and AYBL agree that the courts of England and Wales can (non-exclusively) hear any dispute relating to these terms.
