Change Your Order Details After Purchase
You are now able to update your order details after purchase. Remember: changes must be completed within one hour and are available only for non-express shipping orders.
What Can i do?
You now have the option to edit your shipping address within 1 hour of placing it.
Please note you will not be able to modify your order if it has been placed with express shipping or your 1 hour edit window has passed.
Who Can Use It?
Everyone! This feature is available to all customers with standard shipping orders. Express shipping orders are not eligible for editing as we aim to ship your order as soon as we can.
How Does It Work?
Once your order is placed, you have one hour to make any changes either directly through your account order page, or via your order confirmation email. A timer starts immediately after checkout to let you know how long you have left.
What Changes Can I Make?
Currently you are able to amend your shipping address and download your order invoice.
When Does Editing Close?
All changes must be made within one hour of order placement. Once this period expires, or if you selected express shipping, you won’t be able to edit your order.
Is There a Fee?
No additional fees apply when you want to edit an order as long as your order meets the eligibility criteria.

Amend Your Address
You can add a amend the shipping address on your order once it has been placed via the checkout page, in your account under the order or by clicking on 'EDIT ORDER' on the order confirmation email.
